ONLINE TICKETING SYSTEM UPGRADE

The online ticketing system has been in operation for over two years and 75% of seats are now purchased online.  The system has been upgraded recently in order to make the booking experience more user-friendly.  The screens customers see during a booking look a bit different but the process is just the same.  You still login with the same user name and password, choose your ticket type, seats and ticket delivery method, provide additional member details requested, and then pay with your credit or debit card.  If you have any difficulty, check the Ticket information tab on the Oast website home page or drop the Box Office team an email at:This email address is being protected from spambots. The list of the new shows will be loaded onto the system by mid-August, after which it will be possible to make bookings either on-line or via the Box Office.  However, Members/Season Ticket holders will not be able to make bookings at Membership/Season Ticket rates until their subscription payment has been received.

CAR PARKING SPACE RESERVATION

It is Oast Theatre policy to assist patrons who need to park close to the theatre for ease of access by reserving a parking space for them. Patrons who require a reservation are asked to phone or e-mail the box at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and give their name, the performance date, their vehicle registration number and the preferred parking location.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS AT THE OAST & BOOKING

It is Oast Theatre policy to enable wheelchair users to attend performances as far as is reasonably practicable. Fire regulations prohibit a wheelchair being located in an aisle. With the splendid new seating in the Oast auditorium, the arrangements for accommodating our wheelchair customers have changed. Seats A1 and 2 and/or A13 and 14 are now removable. One wheelchair can occupy the space thus created at either end of the front row. Removing these seats requires planning. A wheelchair booking can therefore only be made through the box office not online. The booking will be accepted provided seats A1 and 2 or A13 and 14 are available for the performance requested and 7 days minimum notice is given ahead of the performance date. A wheelchair customer pays the price of a single seat.
